Wedding Anime Avatar - Colorgirlgames

Do your kids find themselves bored after school or while you're doing errands? Why not let them entertain themselves while stretching their creativity a little with fashion design games? There are thousands available both online and for major video game consoles. Regardless of what you choose, you'll rapidly find that your kids will get a lot out of these games.

How can fashion design games benefit your kids? For one, they're naturally engrossing. With so many fun animations, delightful music, and colorful art, you'll find designers have made them even more engaging than before. Combine this with the presence of popular dolls or cartoon characters and you can't find a better way to keep your kids entertained.

However, fashion games such as these do more than just entertain. They also allow your child to learn more about her own personal taste in clothing. Since many games allow you to create an avatar to dress, she'll be able to create a mirror image of herself. With so many combinations of dresses, shorts, shirts, jewelry, hats, and more to choose from, she'll be able to explore her own sense of style. Furthermore, if the game offers hairstyle and makeup options as well, she will be able to experiment with different haircuts as well as see how mascara, eyeshadow, lip gloss, blush, and other makeup looks on her.

Furthermore, you won't be short of things to do! Whether she chooses to put together her own wedding dress, create a fashion show, run a boutique, or simply create a fun array of pixel dolls, your daughter will delight in being able to enjoy herself this way. Furthermore, since many games have point systems in the form of money or coins, she'll be able to learn the art of saving and spending as she works toward a particular expensive dress or hairstyle.

One of the best examples of a game that holds all of these aspects is eBoutique, a fun diversion located at GirlSense. With this game, you get to do everything from design your own fashion line to decorate the shop itself. In time, she'll have created her own line of specialized clothing and a distinctive, welcoming shop. The more money she makes, the more virtual clothing she'll be able to experiment with. Best of all, she can interact with other shops and players as well!

All in all, design games for girls are a great way to pass an afternoon. Whether you want to give her something great as a birthday gift or reward her for a high test score or completed chore list, games like eBoutique is a great reward for any girl. Learn more today about how games like this can benefit you.

The Wedding Audition

Often a wedding is viewed as a minor stage production with the bride and groom as the stars of the play. In such an event even the celebrant has to be auditioned. Should it be a man or a woman? Is an older person preferred to a younger one? What proportion should they have. Short? Tall? Comfortably rounded or aesthetically thin?

Choosing the celebrant is actually the least of a couple's problems. There are literally thousands of them panting for the opportunity to prove themselves.

If there is one challenge for the couple, it's the choice of the bridal party.

There have ever been complaints by bridesmaids how unscrupulous brides, in an endavour not to be upstaged by anyone on their wedding day, force them into the most hideous outfits imaginable.

On such occasions there is no reasoning with a bride. So what if the colour doesn't suit your skin tone? So what if the style of the outfit makes you look thinner, fatter, older, stouter or just plain ugly? It is my wedding, after all, is the stock reply.

Since bridesmaids are much more plentiful than the brides, we tend to hear their versions more often than that of the bride. And there certainly are two sides to this question of horror weddings.

In particular, brides who have chosen a bridesmaid newly married herself, are asking for trouble. Having planned her own wedding, this bridesmaid inevitably considers herself an expert on all things bridal.

In such a situation, unless a bride stands firm, she is well on the way to having a wedding just like that of her bridesmaid.

'But I was thinking of using John Denvers' 'Sweet Surrender' for my wedding march,' she might offer tentatively.

'You simply can't go past Purcell's 'Trumpet Voluntary'. That's what I had, and everyone absolutely raved about it.'

'But your wedding was in the cathedral, mine's going to be in the park.'

'I'm sure I don't know what's that about, either. I mean, parks are so out. But at least choose some decent music. I mean, Denver. Please!'

Whether the bride stays firm on Denver or not, will make little difference to the rift that will widen between the two with each passing day.

It might be hard to believe, but there are many weddings where the reception not only pulls a curtain down on the single life of the bride and groom, but also on many life-long friendships.

Wedding Album

A matted wedding album is a type of professional wedding album. It's the opposite to a flush mount album, and here's why:

They contain photographic prints that are lightly taped to a mat;
A mat is like a mount you might see in a photo frame. It usually has a bevel-edge and frames the picture for better presentation. It also protects the print from making direct contact with other pages when the album is closed;
The mat is then attached to the page.
So while it's possible to have large prints within the album, they won't go right up to the edge of the page.

There are two main types of matted wedding album - pre-made and bespoke.

Pre-made matted wedding albums

These usually come with 10, 15, 20 or 25 pages - that's how photographers buy them from the manufacturer.

Common sizes of pre-made albums are 8"x8", 10"x10", 10"x12" or A4, and they may be held in stock or ordered especially for each wedding.

Traditional matted albums held one photo per page and they were usually square photos. Now album manufacturers have created hundreds of mat designs, so you can have varied numbers and sizes of photos per page.

There are two ways to create a matted wedding album. First, you choose the mats for the album then decide how to arrange the photos. Or second, pick the photos for the album then choose mats to fit them.

Bespoke matted wedding albums

A bespoke matted album is a completely unique product. They're not restricted to certain mat designs created by album manufacturers. The only limit is the photographer's imagination!

There are generally more sizes available to choose from and you won't be restricted by a certain number of pages in your album. You'll also have a wider choice of cover materials, page colours and page styles.

Three ways bespoke albums are designed and made

On computer - there are numerous album design programs that start with a blank canvas and allow the photographer to drag and drop images onto a double page spread at whatever shape, size and arrangement they choose;
Pen and paper - some album companies allow photographers to draw the whole album design, with measurements and spacing between the photos, and they'll create the album based on that;
Outsource - wedding album suppliers often have in-house designers who will create the album plan for photographers, and allow them to make changes until they're happy with the design.
Some photographers have an interactive planning session with the wedding couple, and they'll design the album together. Others may not allow the couple any input into the album layout, as the photographer is the person with the experience and creative vision.

Wedding Announcements

One of the most traditional ways for a bride and groom to spread the good news of their marriage is with an announcement in the newspaper. Even in these days of electronic media, many couples still want to do the old fashioned notice in their local paper, for their scrapbook, if no other reason. This is what you need to know about how to post newspaper wedding announcements.

The first step is to decide which paper or papers you would like to place your wedding announcements in. Often, a bride will place a notice in both the paper for her current residence and the paper for the town in which she grew up (generally only if her parents still live there or the family has strong ties to the community). Keep in mind that most newspapers do charge a fee for placing a wedding announcement, and in some cases that charge can run well into hundreds of dollars. For that reason, couples may prefer to choose only one newspaper for their announcement. Something else that couples should be aware of is that smaller community papers will tend to charge less for their events section than the large metropolitan publications. If all you really want is the announcement to post in your wedding album, you can save some cash by placing your notice in a small paper if you have one in your town.

As for timing, try to have your announcement ready to file as soon after the wedding date as possible. All papers have deadlines, so you won't necessarily be able to share the news of your marriage in the Sunday paper the week after your wedding, but it would be nice to have it posted in a timely manner. One idea is to have your announcement written and your paperwork filled out before the wedding, so all you need to do after the event is add your favorite wedding photo. Some newspapers require notices to be submitted by fax or mail, whereas others have easy online submission formats. Be sure to see a proof of your announcement before approving it. The last thing you want is for the paper to spell your name wrong or mis-print your wedding date!

There are two general styles of wedding announcements for newspapers, the formal version and the brief summary. In the long formal version, the notice will talk about everything from the officiant, to the best man, to how the bride met the maid of honor. It will also mention where the bride and groom attended college, their current occupations, and where they will honeymoon, in addition to the standard details about the date and location of the wedding. The short version of an announcement will cover just the bare minimum: names of the brides and groom, date and location of the wedding, and the officiant. The longer announcements are more fun to read, but the shorter ones will be less expensive, as the papers charge by the line.

The photo included in your wedding announcement will generally be printed in black and white, though some papers will print in color for an additional hefty fee. Choose a picture which is timeless and shows the bride and groom in all their finery. People want to be able to see the bride's wedding gown, her pearl jewelry, and her hairstyle! The groom should be in the shot too, but really it is the bride's gown and pearl wedding jewelry which will get all the attention from casual readers of the newspaper. Remember that your wedding announcement will become a part of posterity, and select an appropriately elegant photograph. Be sure to check on the specific photo size and orientation requirements for the newspapers you intend to use for your notice.

Placing an announcement in the paper when a couple is married is an old custom which is still popular today. With care, you can be sure that your wedding announcement will be a newspaper clipping that you will cherish forever.

edding Arch

There are a number of things that you are able to use when trying to plan the ideal wedding. One that is quickly becoming a tradition is to use an arch. This is placed at the head of the wedding party and is where the minister and couple will stand when speaking their vows.

There are two things that you can do if this is what you wish to utilize. You will either rent one of these or you will be able to purchase them. It is not difficult to find them at a craft store. You may have to assemble it (this is not hard) - but then you will have the ability to decorate it the way you want. You can also find these at a party store. When you rent or buy one from these places they will come put together.

When the arch has been put together you can start to decorate it whatever way you want. Numerous of these will be solid white all around. Twine tulle all round it to create the look that it is flowing. This is best done first because it is the main ornament that you will use.

Choose silk flowers that can be placed sporadically round the whole thing. They may be as colorful as you would wish as long as it goes with the colors of the wedding. Stick every one into Styrofoam to make a special pattern.

Ensure to glue each stem into the Styrofoam so they don't fall off. The overlapping Styrofoam can be cut off. Place the bouquets along the front of the arch by putting wires through the middle of the Styrofoam and wrap the ends round the top of it. When that is done you will be ready for a great centerpiece - flower garland. Twist this round the length of the arch.
